Special hotel with well-trained and very helpful employees from front desks receptionists and bell boys. Large and airy rooms with extra bed available. Unbeatable central location, short walk to airport link, markets, food, bts, shopping centres as well as Siam shopping malls. Also, in the centre of Pratunam.

The location of the hotel was central, next to close to airport link, pratunam and all the shopping malls and Thailand, oxygen thieves of the world. It also was close to the train station.

The location was best possible and I could use free parking onsite. I was happy to find Cuisine Unplugged, it was not too far from the hotel and served nice food.

I had a great time staying at Baiyoke Boutique. The hotel's location was excellent for shopping at Pratunam Market. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The double bed in the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a decent variety of options. The hotel's proximity to Ratchaprarop station made it convenient for traveling around the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff was helpful in making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Baiyoke Boutique Hotel in Pratunam for a few nights. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Pratunam with easy access to public transportation. The free shuttle van service, tuk-tuks, and taxis right at the doorstep made it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the ARL station, making it easy to travel around. For Muslim travelers, finding halal food nearby was a breeze, with several Indian halal restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were friendly, and the colorful interior added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

Helpful staff, good location but dirty bathroom

I stayed at the Baiyoke Boutique Hotel recently and had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even kept our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city without any hassle.

The location of the hotel was excellent, although the main gate was a bit difficult to find at first. Once we figured it out, it was easy to access all the shopping areas and attractions nearby.

The design of the hotel and the hotel look old. I think Baiyoke Boutique can do some renovation for it.

The location is more than excellent. The hotel is located 2 mins walk from pratunam market and 5 minutes walk from platinum shopping centre. Furthermore all facilities of the Baiyoke Sky hotel are avialable to clients of Baiyoke Boutique. Ideal hotel for shopping addicts who only need a room to shower and sleep.

Too many trainees working at the front office ie reception desk. Also the breakfast buffet can be improved.
